Brandon Kinzer Heads to 201 on Saturday Following Weekend at
Talladega
(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) The Kinzer Motorsports team trekked to the Talladega
Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama last weekend (April 24-25) for
a pair of Dirt Late Model events. On Friday night, Brandon Kinzer
wound up ninth in the $2,000 to win unsanctioned main event. The
O'Reilly Southern Allstars Series (OSAS) then rolled into TST on
Saturday and a $5,000 top prize was up for grabs. Brandon timed
in third quickest in qualifying and ran up front early in the 50-lap
feature before finishing in the twelfth position due to a deflating
left rear tire. You can view complete results from the "Hornet's
Nest" by visiting www.talladegashorttrack.com.
Next up for the #18 team will be a trip to the nearby 201 Speedway
in Sitka, Kentucky on Saturday evening, May 2. An unsanctioned event
will take place tomorrow night at 201 and a $3,000 winner's check
is on the line. To learn additional information about this show,
