Brandon Kinzer Finds SRRS Victory Lane at Green Valley!
(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) Brandon Kinzer recorded his first Dirt Late Model
triumph of the 2009 campaign on Friday night, May 29 at the Green
Valley Speedway in Glencoe, Alabama! After qualifying well and starting
from the outside of the front row, Brandon led each and every lap
of the Southern Regional Racing Series (SRRS) sanctioned main event.
The Allen, Kentucky native claimed $3,000 for his efforts in defeating
Chris Ragan, Ronnie Lee Hollingsworth, Anthony Burroughs, and Randy
Weaver.
A night later, the #18 team was in action at the Talladega Short
Track in Eastaboga, Alabama for another $3,000 to win SRRS show.
Brandon won his B-Main to advance into the feature and later started
tenth on the grid. On a track where passing was at a premium, BK
was able to move up one spot to claim a ninth place performance.

"Green Valley was about as good as it could get," quoted
Kinzer earlier this week. "The track was as racy as I have
ever seen it and our car was pretty fast all night. It was a great
race and I am sure the fans got their money's worth. Then at Talladega,
we drew a bad number for qualifying and the track just wasn't as
racy as it usually is for some reason. We salvaged a top ten out
of the deal, so it wasn't too bad."
The Kinzer Motorsports team will take the upcoming June 5-6 weekend
off from Dirt Late Model competition. They will next be in action
in a Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series tripleheader weekend at the
Duck River Speedway in Wheel, Tennessee (June 11), the North Georgia
Speedway in Chatsworth, Georgia (June 12), and the Talladega Short
Track in Eastaboga, Alabama (June 13). You can learn more about
