Brandon and the #18 team were last in action with the Jail Breaker
Potato Chips Topless Outlaw Series in the states of Alabama and
Georgia back on June 20-21. On that Friday night with a $3,000 paycheck
up for grabs at Penton Raceway in Lafayette, Alabama, Brandon advanced
one spot during his heat race to finish fourth and later started
the 40-lap feature from the inside of the seventh row. The Allen,
Kentucky native, who now resides in Florida, battled hard for a
top ten showing before winding up eleventh at the unfurling of the
checkered flag.
The dirt-slinging action quickly shifted to Senoia Raceway in Senoia,
Georgia on that Saturday evening for a $4,000 to win event. After
finishing fifth in his heat race and second in his B-Main, Brandon
rolled off from the inside of the eleventh row in the 40-lap headliner.
BK then charged all the way up to the sixth spot and was looking
for more when he was hit in the front end on a restart and lost
his steering. He wound up slipping back to twelfth at the completion
of the contest. Full results can be found online at www.topless-outlaws.com.
