(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) The Kinzer Motorsports team stayed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on Wednesday night, July 11 to compete in a rare mid-week race at the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky. The rain-postponed 'Spring 50' was on tap at the 1/2-mile, high-banked oval and a $5,000 top prize was up for grabs. Brandon Kinzer finished third in his heat race to earn a coveted starting spot in the 50-lap A-Main. However, his night turned sour early in the feature event, as troubles underneath the hood took his #18 entry into the infield and relegated Brandon to a disappointing twenty-fifth place performance.
