(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) Brandon Kinzer and his Kinzer Motorsports team
recently wrapped up week one of the O'Reilly Southern Nationals
Series schedule, as they competed in events in Virginia, South Carolina,
North Carolina, and Georgia. Overall, Brandon amassed one Top Five
finish and a trio of Top Ten efforts in the four feature events
that escaped the grasp of Mother Nature. Brandon's best performance
of the week came on Saturday, July 21 at the Screven Motor Speedway
in Sylvania, Georgia. The Allen, Kentucky native was fifth quickest
in qualifying at Screven and later posted a solid runner-up finish
to winner Jimmy Sharpe in the $5,300 to win feature event.

BK currently finds himself fourth in the latest version of the
O'Reilly Southern Nationals Series point standings behind leader
Chris Madden, Dennis Franklin, and Josh McGuire. The third year
series will hold six Dirt Late Model events this coming week in
Tennessee and North Carolina. The July 19 show at Tri-County was
rained out prior to the feature event and will now be held on Wednesday,
July 25. Brandon is slated to roll off from the outside of the eighth
row when the field goes to green for the $3,500 to win show on Wednesday
evening. Below is the schedule for the second and final week of
the O'Reilly Southern Nationals Series campaign, which kicks off
tonight, July 23 at the Duck River Speedway in Wheel, Tennessee.
