this Weekend!
(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) Brandon Kinzer and his #18 Dirt Late Model team
competed in a pair of special events from July 22-24 in the states
of Tennessee on Georgia. On Thursday night, the historic Cleveland
Speedway in Cleveland, Tennessee played host to a $3,500 to win
Southern Nationals Series program. Brandon grabbed the fourth and
final transfer spot through his B-Main and later rolled off twenty-first
on the grid in the 35-lap feature event. The Allen, Kentucky native
moved forward eight positions during the A-Main to notch a thirteenth
place effort at the southern Tennessee venue.
Following a day off on Friday, the Kinzer Motorsports team rolled
into the North Georgia Speedway in Chatsworth, Georgia on Saturday
evening for a $3,000 to win Southern Regional Racing Series (SRRS)
event. Brandon won his B-Main to earn the eleventh starting spot
in the 40-lap main event. BK once again pointed his #18 GRT racecar
towards the front in the A-Main, as he motored past six competitors
en route to a stellar fifth place run behind only winner Ronnie
Johnson, Riley Hickman, Derek Ellis, and Skip Arp. Complete results
