(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) The Kinzer Motorsports team invaded the Talladega
Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama on October 5-6 for a pair of Dirt
Late Model events. On Friday night, October 5, Brandon Kinzer timed
in fifth quickest in qualifying, but suffered problems throughout
the running of the $2,000 to win A-Main. After rolling off from
the inside of the third row for the feature, Brandon suffered an
early flat tire before returning to the speedway and enduring motor
problems. The mechanical gremlins forced Brandon to retire from
the race and relegated him to a disappointing twentieth place effort.
The O'Reilly Southern Allstars Series (OSAS) then rolled into the
"Hornet's Nest" on Saturday, October 6 and a $5,000 top
prize was up for grabs. Brandon qualified twelfth fastest in time
trials and later won his B-Main. After starting the 50-lap feature
event from the outside of the sixth row, BK drove by seven cars
en route to a fifth place performance behind winner Shane Clanton,
Ronnie Johnson, Randy Weaver, and Chris Madden. You can view complete

Brandon and his #18 team will now turn their sights to the 'Tennessee
Fall Brawl 100' this weekend at the Volunteer Speedway in Bulls
Gap, Tennessee. Qualifying and heat races will take place at the
"Gap" on Friday night, October 12, while the B-Mains and
the 100-lap feature event are scheduled for Saturday evening, October
13. A $20,000 top prize awaits the winner of the 'Tennessee Fall
Brawl 100' on Saturday. You can learn more about this World of Outlaws
