Kinzer
Back in Action at Lawrenceburg Speedway; Climbs as High as Fifth
(April
4, 2021) For the first time since their trip to East Bay
Raceway Park during "Speedweeks" in January, Kinzer Motorsports
took to the track on Saturday, April 3 at Lawrenceburg Speedway
in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The track's season opener drew a solid
field of UMP Open Wheel Modifieds for the weekly event. Brandon
Kinzer started ninth in his heat race - due to a bad pill draw -
but was able to work his way past four competitors during the prelim
to land in the fifth position. After rolling off from the inside
of the fifth row in the 20-lap main event, Brandon quickly moved
up inside of the top five and was looking for more.
Unfortunately, an incident between two competitors
in front of him caused BK to stop on the racing surface instead
of being involved in the pileup. Due to the track ruling, Brandon
was sent to the back for stopping on the racetrack and allegedly
being part of the caution. Disagreeing with the questionable call,
the Lexington, Kentucky driver wound up pulling off the track and
settling for a tenth place effort at the Hoosier State venue. Full
results from Lawrenceburg Speedway can be viewed online at www.lawrenceburgspeedway.com.

Brandon Kinzer Starts 2021 Campaign
at East Bay Raceway Park!
(January
23, 2021) The fifth and final program during the 'Winternationals'
for the Open Wheel Modifieds took center stage tonight at East Bay
Raceway Park in Gibsonton, Florida and the winner's share was upped
to $5,000. Brandon Kinzer finished a close fourth in his heat race
and with only three competitors transferring into the big show,
he was forced to head to one of the consolation events. Unfortunately,
BK was questionably called for jumping the start in his B-Main,
knocked back a row by officials, and later wound up running fifth.
The Lexington, Kentucky native was not able to make the start in
the 75-lap grand finale that was ultimately won by Kevin Adams.
(January 22, 2021) Kinzer Motorsports worked hard
on their #18 MB Customs mount in the pit area today at East Bay
Raceway Park and their preparation showed, as Brandon Kinzer turned
in his best performance so far during the five-day 'Winternationals'
for the Open Wheel Modifieds. Brandon stopped the clock quickest
in his group during time trials and later ran second in heat race
action. After rolling off from the outside of the fifth row in the
$1,500 to win main event, BK fought hard for a top ten finish in
the 35-lapper and eventually settled for a thirteenth place showing
against the stout field.
(January 21, 2021) Night three at the "Clay
by the Bay" took place earlier this evening and a $1,500 top
prize was on the line at East Bay Raceway Park. Brandon Kinzer unfortunately
missed out on the 35-lap headliner after running eighth in his loaded
heat race and fifth in his consolation event.
(January 20, 2021) The 45th Annual 'Winternationals'
continued tonight at East Bay Raceway Park, as another $1,000 payday
was up for grabs for the open wheel warriors at the Gibsonton, Florida
facility. Brandon Kinzer knocked down the third quickest time in
his group during the qualifying session prior to grabbing the third
and final transfer spot through his heat race. The Lexington, Kentucky
transplant then rolled off from the inside of the ninth row in the
30-lapper and eventually wound up right where he started... in the
seventeenth position.
(January 19, 2021) Fresh off a four win season
in 2020, Brandon Kinzer and the Kinzer Motorsports team rolled south
to kick off their 2021 campaign tonight at East Bay Raceway Park
in Gibsonton, Florida. Night one of the Open Wheel Modified portion
of the annual 'Winternationals' at the Tampa-area venue drew a strong
48 car field to vie for the $1,000 winner's check. Brandon clicked
off the fourth fastest lap in his group during qualifying before
placing fourth in his stacked heat race. After nabbing the third
transfer spot through his B-Main, BK started at the tail in the
30-lap main event and eventually wound up finishing twentieth in
the final rundown of his season lid lifter.

Kinzer Motorsports Set to Kick Off
2021 Season in Sunshine State
(January
15, 2021) Following a very short off-season, Brandon Kinzer
and his #18 team plan to start their 2021 campaign in the Sunshine
State from January 19-23. A total of five Open Wheel Modified special
events will be held at East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, Florida
to kick off the 45th edition of the 'Winternationals.' Points will
be accumulated throughout the first four nights leading into Saturday's
75-lap finale, which boasts a $5,000 paycheck. While Brandon has
a new MB Customs machine at his disposal for 2021 - with a new paint
scheme, he plans to unload his trusty #18 mount that he drove during
the course of his 2020 season. More information concerning the Open
Wheel Modified portion of the 'Winternationals' can be accessed
online at www.ebrp.co.
